summer Beth performed at both Chase Park Festival and Evolution Emerging here in the North East and at French music festival Le Blues Autour Du Zinc.
The 23-year-old, who regularly collaborates with Nick Pride and The Pimptones, has also recorded a new album called Go Deep with the band which will be released in June. Beth
has sung on previous albums with them but Go Deep is the first album which features just her vocals.
Since releasing Heartstrings in 2014, Beth has been concentrating on writing and recording
new material and Voodoo is the first single to truly represent her as an artist.
Through working with Jane McDonald, Beth met musical director Nigel Wright, who chose
her to front the live house band in Sky 1’s comedy panel show Bring the Noise at the end of
last year. The show, hosted by Ricky Wilson, featured Nicole Scherzinger and Tinie Tempah
as team captains, with comedians Katherine Ryan and Joel Dommett as regular panellists.
